Before founding Worksong, he spent a decade helping build Reboot into a premier executive coaching firm in the venture-backed startup ecosystem, serving as Director of Coaching. Andy brings a distinctive approach that integrates practical business frameworks with deep psychological insight, informed by his own leadership experience across education, pastoral ministry, and startups. He lives in Charlotte, NC with his wife and three kids, and spends his free time playing tennis, gardening, and writing songs.
