Tish is a civic innovator, Duke-certified health and wellbeing coach, and creative strategist based in Birmingham, Alabama. She serves as Innovation Team Director for the City of Birmingham, leading equity-centered work focused on systems change in the North Birmingham community. Tish is also building a faith-rooted wellness platform for women 40+ that integrates coaching, community, and clinical support through her online brand. Her work blends innovation, trauma-informed care, and whole-person healing to help people and communities thrive.
