Carnelle is the Founder of Howell Consulting Services, a management consulting firm focused on process improvement, customer service training, operational strategy, and client acquisition for businesses and organizations. With more than 20 years of leadership experience across business, public safety, and community development, Howell has become a respected strategist in Birmingham, Alabama. He also serves as Director of the City of Birmingham’s Black Male Initiative and has contributed to community safety efforts through his work with the Birmingham Crime Commission, helping shape violence reduction and youth engagement strategies across the city.
