Virginia is the co-founder and CEO of Nyad AI, building the AI copilot for the wastewater industry. Originally from the UK, she experienced poor water quality during triathlon training and decided to do something about it. That led her to wastewater, an industry running on aging tools and an aging workforce. She packed up her London life and bet on Birmingham, Alabama. Drawn in by its customers and proximity to the problem, she stayed for the southern hospitality, quality of life, and conversion to BBQ. Outside of work, she's a competitive bodybuilder and relentless optimist.
