Rosie believes that behind every strategic challenge is a human one. As founder and CEO of Zadie & Co., she has spent six years helping leaders, boards, and executive teams find clarity together, designing the conversations that get people and teams unstuck. Her work lives at the intersection of careful listening, strategic clarity, and a deep belief that people and organizations change from the inside out. She holds an MSW from Washington University in St. Louis and is thrilled to be back home in Birmingham.
