Estela Tirado
El Nido
Estela is an education consultant dedicated to empowering Hispanic and immigrant families through culturally responsive programs that expand access to educational opportunities in the United States. She specializes in college readiness, family engagement, and English language learning, designing workshops and coaching programs for first-generation students and their families. Through her initiative, El Nido, she promotes educational equity and community empowerment. Outside of her professional work, Estela enjoys running, cooking, traveling, and exploring new cultures, which inspire her global perspective and lifelong love of learning. She is passionate about creating practical resources that honor the resilience, aspirations, and strengths of the communities she serves.
